Hosted Telephony

How Does It Work?

In partnership with Inclarity Ltd, Whitethorn Telecom can provide a hosted telephony solution which is a software-based communications system that removes the need for an on-site telephone system. An application server provides basic telephony features such as call forwarding and call pick-up which are accessed via an internet connection. To access these services, the organisation connects the supplied telephone handsets into a Local Area Network (LAN) that includes a router and a data switch.
